When purchasing from Soda Grey you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement in their entirety. These terms and conditions may be changed or amended at any time.
General Terms and Conditions
During the creation process of the Soda Grey website, the provision of copy to our designers is as accurate as possible. If it is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, unreliable or out of date please do not hesitate to get in contact and it will be adjusted as necessary. Details of our products may change from time to time without advanced notice.
Whilst every effort is made to match digital representations of our products with the items themselves, computer monitors may vary in terms of colour accuracy, Soda Grey cannot therefore guarantee that the colours on your screen will match the items themselves.
Ordering and Payments
Soda Grey no longer operates through an online store as our customers' needs are often too specific - orders can now be placed through the detailed order form found on the Contact Page of the Soda Grey website or by emailing the address provided. All prices are included on the website, GST and freight are additional costs that must be paid prior to despatch of goods unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Soda Grey also accepts PayPal payments. For more information please visit the PayPal website.
Cancellation of Purchases/Returns
Once an order is underway, Soda Grey does not accept cancellations, however we will make every effort to find a suitable resolution so please make contact as soon as possible.
Soda Grey reserves the right to cancel an order should particular products be unavailable. Through prompt client consultation, alternative items can often be sourced. If not, any payment will be dutifully refunded.
Ongoing global crises such as the Corona virus issues of 2020 may result in unavoidable delays within our product ordering system. Soda Grey will make every effort to keep customers informed of any such eventualities and if deadlines cannot be maintained a refund will be issued.
Once an order is ready to be shipped clients are notified of an approximate delivery time. Soda Grey engages with a local delivery broker where we can choose the most economical freight option for each delivery.
Tracking Your Gift
If available, tracking information is provided to clients once the products have been shipped.
Sale of Alcohol as a Gift
In accordance with the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation:
A gift maker business is one where the primary purpose is to sell products that are packaged as, or intended to be, gifts.
The following conditions apply:
liquor must be packaged together with flowers, food or other gifts
the volume of liquor supplied to a person must not exceed 1.5 litres per day
the value of the liquor and its container must not be more than 50 per cent of the gift's sale price
liquor supplied needs to be purchased by the proprietor on a retail basis
both the purchaser and recipient of the gift must be 18 years or over.
Delivered goods are required to be inspected immediately for damage and advise Soda Grey within five (5) working days. If a delivery has been damaged during transit, Soda Grey will replace the affected items as soon as possible. If notice is not received within this timeframe the delivery will be deemed to be satisfactory. Any such claim for replacement or reimbursement shall not exceed the original amount paid.
Photographic record of damaged goods from a variety of angles is required in order to assess damage. A full description of the alleged method of damage would also be appreciated. Please also provide Soda Grey with delivery details of the courier, driver and delivery time.
We do not deem faulty or damaged boxes or packaging to be a refundable item.
Soda Grey will not refund payment for items that have been received without damage. Should more information be required prior to placing an order please advise our sales team.
If for some reason you receive an order that is different to that which was ordered, please notify Soda Grey within 5 working days of receiving the goods. We will then arrange to return the goods at our expense and the correct order will then be processed and freighted to you.
Soda Grey may from time to time and without notice, choose to vary, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any of the products on this website.
The prices listed in this website are exclusive of GST.
Soda Grey is an Australian owned business based in Forest Hill, Victoria. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($AU).
Gift Box Presentation
Soda Grey incorporates a standard ribbon and greenery range for our gift boxes. Should different colours, materials, personalised ribbon or greenery be desired, please notify Soda Grey when placing your order.
Note that due to stock availability we may vary the standard gift presentation from time to time.
Any consumable products from Soda Grey are purchased from a third party who list potential allergens on their packaging. Please carefully read these list prior to consumption if allergies are an issue.
